MyHealthRecord.com can be accessed from virtually any Internet-enabled device (including smartphones and tablets) and it is compatible with all of the most widely used web browsers.

At MyHealthRecord.com, you can:

  • See all your health information, including your care plan and lab results
  • Send secure messages to ask non-urgent questions about your care and receive prompt replies
  • Request prescription refills and appointments
  • Send your health records to other providers electronically

Creating an account is quick and easy:

  1. Ask a staff member to e-mail you a registration link
  2. Open the link
  3. Answer a few data-verification questions
  4. Visit MyHealthRecord.com and log in
